there is an increased growth of ‘Luxury Brands’ in modern day society. This
increase has highlighted the ever-growing social divide, and raises new debates
about what the term means to people in the 21st century.

exhibition itself is divided into four sections, and although seemingly small
in comparison to others, makes visitors question what it is to own a luxury
item – be it a desire instead of a necessity.

information desk at the main entrance. With free admission, this exhibition
should be visited by anyone who has had a subconscious debate about
whether something is worth the money or absolutely needed, and anyone who
idealises or enjoys the finer things in life.

What one
person defines as luxury doesn’t apply to everyone. What is Luxury? has the ability to
make you question.
