BEAUTY | Le Couvent des Minimes Hand Cream Trio

Anyone who knows me knows that hand cream is quite literally a staple thing in my life. Having dry hands is something I just do not do, so even when I don’t have my hand cream I dash into shops that have testers to use some. Don’t judge me haha! But me being as fussy as I am when it comes to the things I use, I always have to check the fragrance, the consistency of the cream and how moisturising the cream is.

Made in France Le Couvent des Minimes Natural Hand Cream Trio is the perfect little treat for anyone who is a lover of hand creams or if you feel like your hands have been hard at work and deserve treat.

Botanical Recipe of the Cloister (Rose & Berries)

The first thing I said to my mum when I used this was “whoah it smells like a holiday! How is that even possible?!” The cream is silky and the scent of the roses is completely true to life but in no way overpowering. This coming from a girl that isn’t a massive fan of roses is a big thing. Being the perfect size to drop into your bag, you can also use the cream of you want a subtle scent to have through the day if you don’t have your perfume.

Original Recipe:

Rose, Peppercorn, Shea Butter

Botanical Recipe of Love (Orange Blossom & Petitgrain)

Being as light and silky as the Botanical Recipe of the Cloister, this cream serves you well for everyday use to keep you hands soft and moisturised. Not only is the cream not sticky but the gentle orangey scents with the neroli undertone in the petitgrain will most likely have you deeply breathing in after you’ve put on the cream – definitely helpful if you ever feel slightly stressed.

Original Recipe:

Beeswax, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil

Gardener’s Hand Healer (20% Shea Butter & Seven Magical Plants)

Anyone who’s got their hands dirty in the garden will know the strains and pains that you put your hands go through. Scratches, itches, stings and not to mention if it’s cold your hands and going to get dry from the air. Trust me after what you’ve put them through you may want to show them some TLC to restore decorum. But if I’m honest, I haven’t been in the garden for a while now but during the colder days it’s been my best friend to avoid dry, cracked hands. Gardener’s Hand Healer has a much thicker consistency than the other two creams so you know it’s rich and ultra-hydrating – perfect for when you need to show your hands some much needed love.

Original Recipe:

Shea Butter, Mimosa, Verbena, Camomile, Marshmallow, Calendula, Lemon balm, Rosemary
