#BlogospshereChristmas 2016

BlogospshereChristmas 2016

I’ve had my blog for over a year now, and realistically it’s taken me a while to find my stride with it, but this year I’ve tried to make a conscious effort to go to as many blog events as I can.

On Saturday 5th November I attended #BlogospshereChristmas, which I was so excited about because I love reading Blogosphere Magazine. I’ve been struggling to accept that it’s Christmas in less than two months, but the excitement soon took over thanks to the Christmas songs that were playing and all the little decorations.

The event

Everyone who attended was given a custom tote bag and issue 10 of Blogosphere Magazine, which I have been curling up and reading over the last couple of days.

I knew there was going to a few different brands but I had no idea which ones – I had to dig down deep to try and stay off the hashtag on twitter – so it was definitely a nice little surprise when I went to each stall to find our who they were.

The brands at the event were: London Tea Company, So…?, 7th Heaven, Latest in Beauty (the cupcakes in the picture are their new brand colours when they’ve officially re-launched btw) and Social Superstore.

I had an amazing time at #BlogosphereChristmas, it was great to speak to some brands at the event, a couple I’ve grown up with and a couple I hadn’t heard of, and I can’t wait to try them out so look out for some reviews!

Albertine also said they’re currently in the middle of putting together issue 11, which will be out next month and I’m keeping an eye out so I can hit Selfridges when it’s launched.

I know I’m not the only one who’s excited for December!

  2. Great post! Wish I'd been able to attend this event!

    • I'm lucky enough to live less than an hour from where the event was held but it's definitely a 'plan in advance' type of event. Keep an eye out on Blogosphere Magazine's site there may be more x

Well, hi there!

I’ve never been one for ‘about me’ pages so let's keep it short and sweet: I'm 25 (so I guess you could assume I'm going through a quarter-life crisis), London-based, love food, oh, and partial to a rum-based drink... or just the rum tbh.
